Hey there, I am Olena

I was first introduced to the world of yoga in 2009. Like many people, I was drawn to yoga for the physical benefits of the body, but the practice of yoga drew me in and became a part of my life. Since then I have completed a 200-hour YA accredited teacher training at Spanda Vinyasa Yoga School with Nina Vukas and Jasna Perin and 30-hour Mindful Yin Yoga with Jennifer Raye. I attended workshops, conferences and master classes led by Bryan Kest, Jason Crandell and Sharon Gannon, and explored different styles of yoga, including Power Yoga, Ashtanga, Jivamukti and Budokon Yoga.

I am teaching off- and online yoga classes since 2019. My flow is based on Integral Vinyasa Yoga method spiced up with different styles of yoga and adapted to all levels. The main focus of my classes is on correct alignments, connection of movement and breath, and dynamic sequences.

Yoga is my part-time passion. I am a full-time health researcher living and working in Munich, Germany for the last 7 years. I have moved around a lot and yoga always helped me to build a community, discover new cultures and adapt to new circumstances.

I love snowboarding, travel, ocean and coffee.
